I can honestly say that Richards methods are brilliant. I purchased the “How To Become” books, watched his videos and after progressing through the selection process, I am now 4 months into my training as a Freight train driver. Lots of hard work, dedication and commitment is required but I am truely greatful to Richard and his team for providing the information required. Many thanks.
